Client Technology Strategist

What you will do

• Build trusted relationships with clients and serve as a strategic technology advisor in scheduled, ad-hoc, and C-level meetings.
• Understand client business objectives, technical challenges, infrastructure, and risks, then provide digital transformation and technology guidance.
• Lead Technical Business Reviews and present solutions aligned with client needs, technology trends, and service methodologies.
• Use trend analysis and reporting to support data-driven decisions, operational improvements, and risk mitigation.
• Collaborate with internal technical teams on advisory-led project planning and provide feedback on evolving client needs.
• Support opportunity forecasting, budget forecasting, financial cost analysis, customer satisfaction, and renewal performance.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience in customer service, technical advisory, IT director, or IT manager-oriented roles.
• Technical knowledge of cloud and on-premises enterprise infrastructure, including end-user devices, virtualization, networking, wireless, backup and disaster recovery, and cybersecurity.
• Business knowledge of strategy, budgeting, forecasting, risk management, and problem solving.
• Strong presentation, written, oral communication, interpersonal, relationship management, conflict resolution, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build relationships with senior executives and influence internal and external decision-makers.
• Ability to adapt to new technologies, situations, and environments and learn quickly.
