Senior Consultant - Epic Bridges Analyst (Epic Bridges): Delivering Epic-related consulting and system-build services for client healthcare organizations with an accent on workflow analysis, troubleshooting, documentation, and project coordination. Focus on mentoring client project teams, tracking risks and issues, facilitating project meetings, and improving workflows for Epic end users.

Location: Remote across the United States

What you will do

Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for clients.
Apply technical expertise to client system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
Analyze and document workflows, monitor end-user processes, and provide optimization suggestions.
Mentor client project teams on project and system-build strategy.
Track and document risks and issues while supporting project leadership.
Lead project-status meetings and coordinate ongoing work products.

Requirements

At least 2 years of Epic experience.
At least 1 current Epic Bridges certification.
Experience implementing Epic.
Ability to work directly with Epic end users and client project teams.

Nice to have

Experience with Epic Connect or optimization projects.
