Mid-Atlantic Water Business Group Professional Services Leader (Water Engineering)

Location: United States locations in Washington, DC; Baltimore, Fulton, and Maryland; and Glen Allen, Newport News, Roanoke, Vienna, and Virginia Beach, Virginia.

Salary: $153,482–$276,960 per year, depending on location, skills, experience, education, and geography.

What you will do

• Develop, coordinate, monitor, and improve technical competencies across the Water Business Group.
• Support project oversight, management reviews, project financials, profitability, claims, and loss management.
• Lead staff development and training in technical and business competencies.
• Coordinate workload projections, staffing, pursuit teaming, fee development, and proposal approvals.
• Lead quality assurance and quality control activities, including project reviews, technical standards, procedures, and lessons learned.
• Partner with market sector, project delivery, operations, business group, and subject matter leaders to improve business processes and digital delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a professional, architecture, engineering, or closely related field.
• At least 10 years of related experience; 15 years preferred.
• Maintains a professional or engineering registration and has related technical experience.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.
• Demonstrated experience leading diverse teams, with strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
• Preference is given to candidates currently residing in the Mid-Atlantic area of Virginia, Maryland, or Washington, DC.
