Price to Win (PTW) Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and maintain Price-to-Win (PTW) and Score-to-Win (STW) models for pricing decisions and capture strategies.
• Analyze customer requirements, procurement behavior, budgets, evaluation criteria, and price-to-score trade-offs.
• Assess competitor solutions and internal technical offerings for competitiveness, affordability, and alignment with customer priorities.
• Conduct competitor profiling, cost benchmarking, market analysis, and competitive intelligence research.
• Collaborate with Capture Managers, Business Development, and technical stakeholders on bid strategies, solution trade studies, and pricing decisions.
• Use AI tools and advanced analytical techniques to improve market research, pricing analysis, and PTW methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of experience in PTW analysis, capture management, cost estimating, competitive analysis, procurement, proposal development, program management, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience analyzing competitor capabilities, pricing strategies, and competitive positioning.
• Experience developing quantitative, parametric, or scenario-based pricing models using historical data and market intelligence.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and business-acumen skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under deadlines.
• Bilingual French and English proficiency is required. Eligibility to obtain and maintain Canadian Security Clearance and Controlled Goods Program registration is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in defence, aerospace, simulation, training, or other high-technology industries.
• Experience with competitor intelligence, SWOT analysis, and market assessments.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and experience with Power BI or other data visualization tools.
• Experience using AI tools and data-driven techniques for research, market analysis, productivity, and decision-making.
