Strategy Insights & Planning Associate (Data Analytics)

Location: Toronto, Canada; hybrid working model combining work from home with on-site presence at client or hirify.global offices. Client-facing work may require travel.

Salary: $90,000–$101,750 per year

What you will do

• Develop structured solutions to client business problems using problem-solving frameworks.
• Conduct market and desk research to derive insights for client decision-making.
• Design custom analyses using Excel, Access, Confirmit, and proprietary software.
• Synthesize and communicate findings to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with client and hirify.global teams to implement solutions.
• Own assigned project deliverables while working across multiple projects.

Requirements

• Be about to enter the final year of a bachelor's or master's degree in any discipline.
• Strong academic performance in analytical and quantitative coursework.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and strong attention to detail.
• Effective oral and written communication, planning, organization, and teamwork skills.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Candidates must possess or be able to obtain work authorization for Canada.
