Bilingual Loan Sales Specialist - Fullerton Ave

Location: Onsite in Chicago, IL, United States. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and Saturday work as needed.

Salary: $18.00–$22.00 per hour, plus additional compensation based on individual and company performance.

What you will do

• Listen to customer needs and provide tailored loan and financing solutions.
• Build and maintain customer relationships throughout the loan process and lifecycle.
• Manage loan accounts, including collections activities, while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Educate customers about loan terms, options, and optional insurance products.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone, email, chat, and internal systems.
• Meet individual and branch goals while delivering empathetic, efficient customer service.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Bilingual Spanish language skills required.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing customer and branch needs.
• Goal-oriented attitude and motivation to achieve results.
• Ability to work onsite in Chicago, IL.
