ACA Compliance Lead

Location: Strongsville, Ohio, USA; full-time onsite

What you will do

• Develop and maintain expertise in Affordable Care Act regulations and regulatory changes.
• Manage the end-to-end ACA filing process, including preparing, generating, and submitting required files, reports, and documentation.
• Create and submit system change requests to support government filing requirements.
• Respond to client questions about ACA processing by phone and email.
• Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Maintain records, follow standard operating procedures, and support special projects during non-peak seasons.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and investigative skills, including the ability to research complex questions and evaluate information from multiple sources.
• Proven ability to provide high-quality support to customers and associates.
• Superior organization, multitasking, independent work, and teamwork skills.
• High accuracy and attention to detail, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications.
