Lead Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) (Pediatrics)

Location: On-site in Bakersfield, California, United States. Full-time and part-time scheduling options are available. Relocation candidates are welcome to apply.

Salary: $65–$75 per hour, based on experience.

What you will do

• Lead clinical supervision and mentor SLPs and SLPAs.
• Conduct patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Support documentation quality and clinical standards.
• Provide guidance to clinicians while maintaining a reduced therapy caseload.
• Contribute to a supportive pediatric clinical environment and patient care.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Active California SLP license and ASHA CCC-SLP certification required.
• At least two years of licensed SLP experience, equivalent to 3,120 hours, required for SLPA supervision.
• California supervision requirements must be completed.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
• Pediatric experience is preferred.
