Speech Language Pathologist - Contract/1099

Location: Hybrid role at the clinic in Frederick, Maryland, United States. Evaluations focus on weekday appointments after 3 pm EST or weekend availability.

Salary: $55 USD per hour.

What you will do

• Provide evidence-based speech and language evaluations and therapy.
• Complete at least four 90-minute evaluations per week, including 30 minutes of documentation for each evaluation.
• Identify candidates for short-term intensive speech-language pathology treatment programs.
• Conduct 30-minute treatment sessions and create appropriate treatment plans.
• Collaborate with specialty providers and participate in approximately one hour of team meetings each week.
• Maintain a clinical schedule combining morning and evening evaluations, with weekday and weekend availability.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
• Valid Pennsylvania state license in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association.
• At least two years of experience providing speech and language services, preferably in a clinical setting.
• Experience with telehealth and electronic medical record systems.
• Strong communication, organization, teamwork, confidentiality, time-management, and evidence-based practice skills.
