Speech Language Pathologist (25.26 School Year)--Part-time and Full Time Opportunities!

What you will do

• Implement speech and language goals established in students’ IEPs and maintain required supporting documentation.
• Manage referrals, student identification, diagnosis, case termination, follow-up, and service schedules based on IEP minutes.
• Conduct initial and reevaluations, interpret assessment information, and recommend appropriate speech-language services.
• Provide therapy through classroom intervention, consultation and collaboration, and pull-out services as appropriate.
• Collaborate with school leaders, teachers, families, and student support teams to monitor progress and develop IEP accommodations and modifications.
• Prepare progress reports, maintain student records, participate in IEP eligibility meetings, and support a 90% or higher special-education compliance audit score.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Speech and Language Pathology.
• Missouri Speech and Language Pathology license required.
• Experience in pediatric or school-based speech and language therapy is strongly preferred.
• Commitment to helping children grow and learn, including students from underserved communities.
• Ability to receive and quickly implement feedback.
