Accounts Receivable (AR) Collector (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid role based in Taguig City, National Capital Region, Philippines, with extensive fieldwork and travel within assigned areas

What you will do

• Collect customer payments, including checks and post-dated checks, and verify invoices, vouchers, and supporting documents.
• Issue Collection Receipts and Provisional Receipts while maintaining accurate collection records.
• Retrieve and monitor BIR Form 2307 creditable withholding tax certificates.
• Follow up on payments through calls, emails, and customer visits while maintaining professional relationships.
• Prepare collection reports and ensure the timely turnover and safekeeping of payments and documents.

Requirements

• Graduate of a business-related course preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in collections, accounts receivable, or field collection is an advantage.
• Ability to drive and a valid driver's license; owning a motorcycle is preferred.
• Knowledge of check handling and collection processes.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with a trustworthy attitude and willingness to learn.
• Willingness to perform extensive fieldwork and travel within assigned areas.
