What you will do

• Provide cross-functional support for billing functions across MACSS, CCS, and GWAI customer information systems.
• Define business justifications and requirements, conduct user acceptance testing, support implementation, and maintain system functionality.
• Deliver functional system enhancements with business-unit and IT partners.
• Lead onboarding and implementation for large-load customers, including industrial and transmission-connected accounts.
• Analyze contracts, tariffs, billing requirements, and service agreements to determine CIS configuration needs.
• Resolve system issues, support process improvements, and communicate complex technical and business information to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 8 years of IT systems support experience with a high school diploma or GED; 6 years with an associate degree; or 4 years with a bachelor's degree in business or IT.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Strong understanding of utility billing, rates, tariffs, interval metering, and large commercial or industrial customer operations.
• Knowledge of emerging AI and generative AI technologies and their application to business process improvement, customer operations, and system analysis.
• Experience using AI-powered tools for requirements gathering, documentation, process analysis, testing, or operational efficiency improvements.
• Strong communication, listening, analytical, collaboration, presentation, and decision-making skills.
