Software Quality Assurance Engineer (Manual Testing)

Salary: $80,000–$88,000 per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and execute manual test cases.
• Perform functional, regression, and user acceptance testing.
• Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
• Develop and maintain test plans, test scripts, and testing documentation.
• Collaborate with software engineers, product managers, and business stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Participate in requirements reviews and support compliance with quality assurance standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Software Quality Assurance Engineer focused on manual testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to work in Denver, Colorado.

Nice to have

• Experience with defect tracking systems, preferably Jira.
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle.
• Experience testing enterprise software applications.
• Trading experience or willingness to learn.
