What you will do

• Perform manual, regression, exploratory, and acceptance testing for web and AI-driven features.
• Identify and document clear, reproducible bug reports for engineering and product teams.
• Validate complex student and teacher workflows, including non-deterministic AI outputs.
• Conduct sanity checks on staging and release builds to ensure platform stability.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to advocate for the end-user experience.
• Participate in release readiness and post-release validation processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in manual software testing or quality assurance
• Strong expertise in UI/UX testing and regression testing for web applications
• Ability to debug issues using browser dev tools and logs
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify product edge cases

Nice to have

• Experience testing AI or LLM-powered products
• Familiarity with complex workflows involving APIs or backend systems
• Experience testing distributed systems or modern web stacks
