Family Physician -$20,000 Sign On/Relocation Bonus! Bakersfield, CA

Location: Bakersfield, California, United States; onsite care at an assigned hirify.global Center

Salary: $250,000–$315,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual incentive. A $20,000 sign-on/relocation bonus is offered.

What you will do

• Provide patient-centered primary care to employees at an assigned health center.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, and acute and chronic disease management.
• Manage a patient panel of approximately 800–1,000 patients.
• Conduct extended 30–60-minute appointments and build strong provider-patient relationships.
• Use electronic medical records and population management tools to improve clinical outcomes.
• Collaborate with at least two Advanced Practice Providers and other interdisciplinary professionals.

Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited medical school and complete residency in Family Practice, or Internal Medicine plus Pediatrics.
• Board certification or eligibility with intent to certify.
• Active state medical license required.
• CPR/BLS certification required by the start date.
• DEA registration preferred; a dispensing license may be required under state regulations.
• Work onsite in Bakersfield, California.
