Foreman (Power Delivery Construction)

Location: Must be based in the United States and available for routine, extensive travel.

What you will do

• Provide leadership and direction to field crews to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality operations.
• Plan work schedules, including manpower, equipment, and material requirements.
• Oversee the installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of overhead and underground distribution equipment.
• Ensure all construction sites adhere to safety policies, specifications, and project timelines.
• Provide on-the-job training and development for crew members regarding construction methods and safety procedures.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers and manage project documentation, including safety analyses and timesheets.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience working on and around energized high-voltage primary electric lines.
• Valid CDL-A license with a clear driving record.
• Ability to perform strenuous physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs and working in extreme outdoor conditions.
• Strong leadership, planning, and communication skills to manage crews and emergency situations.
• Must be able to travel routinely and on short notice for storm recovery and project work.

Nice to have

• Completion of an apprentice program or technical training as a lineman.
• Multiple years of experience in a Journeyman Lineman classification.
