Foreman (Scaffolding)

Location: Field - Midlothian, Virginia, United States. Regular travel to assigned construction jobsites is required; weekend and off-hour shifts may be needed.

Integrated Scaffolding Concepts provides rental, lease, and purchase services for commercial and industrial scaffolding across Virginia, Maryland, North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia.

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate scaffold crews on commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Oversee the safe erection, modification, inspection, maintenance, and dismantling of scaffolding systems.
• Manage daily site activities, crew schedules, materials, manpower, equipment, budgets, and timelines.
• Conduct daily crew briefings, set production goals, troubleshoot issues, and train new crew members.
• Read plans, specifications, contract drawings, and work orders; complete material take-offs and identify change orders.
• Coordinate with construction managers, project managers, estimators, customers, crane operators, and other site personnel.

Requirements

• Previous scaffolding experience and demonstrated supervisory or crew leadership capability.
• Authorized to work in the United States and able to pass a DMV check with a valid driver's license.
• Ability to safely work at heights of 90 feet or higher and in outdoor construction environments.
• Ability to lift and carry approximately 80–100 lbs and use construction tools and equipment safely.
• Ability to read and apply technical drawings, plans, job orders, and contract documents.
• OSHA 10 training; OSHA 10/30, CPR, and First Aid credentials are listed for the role.

Nice to have

• Bilingual English and Spanish communication skills.
• High school diploma, GED, or trade school graduation.
