Investment Analyst Development Program (Fixed Income)

Location: St. Paul, Minnesota, United States. Candidates must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S.; visa sponsorship is not available for H-1B, TN, or Forms I-983/STEM OPT.

Annual base salary: $81,500–$134,500, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do

• Complete independent and on-the-job training during a two-year investment analyst development program.
• Support fixed-income analysts and portfolio managers through project-based and recurring assignments.
• Evaluate securities, sectors, and asset classes through fundamental credit research and financial statement analysis.
• Develop and use analytical tools, databases, models, and reports for portfolio, transaction, credit, and risk analysis.
• Analyze portfolio returns and performance, maintain the treasury futures portfolio, and identify performance or risk trends.
• Present investment, portfolio, sector, and credit analysis to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Team experience and an internship or other practical work experience.
• Initiative, leadership potential, versatility, follow-through, and sound analytical thinking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work.
• Credit track majors may include finance, accounting, economics, political science, or liberal arts; quantitative track majors may include science, mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
• Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required.
