Annual base salary: $81,500–$134,500, plus eligibility for performance-based cash incentive awards.

What you will do
- Complete independent and on-the-job training during a two-year investment analyst development program.
- Support fixed-income analysts and portfolio managers through project-based and recurring assignments.
- Evaluate securities, sectors, and asset classes through fundamental credit research and financial statement analysis.
- Develop and use analytical tools, databases, models, and reports for portfolio, transaction, credit, and risk analysis.
- Analyze portfolio returns and performance, maintain the treasury futures portfolio, and identify performance or risk trends.
- Present investment, portfolio, sector, and credit analysis to internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum GPA of 3.5.
- Team experience and an internship or other practical work experience.
- Initiative, leadership potential, versatility, follow-through, and sound analytical thinking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to deliver high-quality work.
- Credit track majors may include finance, accounting, economics, political science, or liberal arts; quantitative track majors may include science, mathematics, engineering, or computer science.
- Authorization to work for any employer in the United States is required.
