What you will do

• Advise expense owners and cost center administrators on expense coding and allocation decisions.
• Determine appropriate corporate versus fund treatment and support complex or ambiguous expense scenarios.
• Develop expertise in vendors, services, recurring expenses, and allocation methodologies.
• Partner with Fund Accounting to align expenses with fund allowability and governing documents.
• Analyze errors, rework, and accounting rejections to identify root causes and reduce manual processing.
• Build and maintain documentation covering supplier relationships, coding standards, and allocation guidance.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, accounting, or master data management, preferably in financial or investment services.
• Experience in business analysis, process improvement, stakeholder-facing work, and judgment-based or ambiguous processes.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
• Expertise in Workday, Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate across functions, manage competing priorities, and drive results with limited supervision.
