Supervisor - Investment Operations

Location: Hyderabad, India. Work shift: 6:30 PM IST - 3:30 AM IST. Onsite role.

What you will do

• Lead daily Fund Services operations, prioritize work, and meet service commitments.
• Oversee shareholder transactions, cash activity, fund liquidity, cash management, valuation, and performance reporting.
• Manage relationships with administrators, custodians, and transfer agents.
• Identify and escalate operational risks while strengthening controls and regulatory compliance.
• Support audits, regulatory reviews, product launches, fund events, onboarding, and strategic projects.
• Drive process improvements and automation while developing team members through documentation and training.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 8–10 years of financial services experience.
• Strong expertise in fund accounting and financial reporting.
• Knowledge of complex financial instruments and advanced Microsoft Access and Excel skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, organization, prioritization, collaboration, and judgment.
• Ability to manage competing demands and provide operational coverage during critical periods.
