TL;DR

What you will do
- Manage month-end, annual close, and consolidation processes for clients.
- Support the implementation and optimization of financial systems, including general ledger, billing, travel and expense, accounts payable, and procurement.
- Prepare journal entries, manage general ledger activity, and reconcile bank, cash, prepaid expense, and fixed-asset accounts.
- Oversee payroll and deduction entries, accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and revenue recognition.
- Prepare P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements and support external audits.
- Build standardized accounting processes and advise clients on technical accounting matters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Commerce.
- CPA or CA certification required.
- At least 3 years of relevant hands-on accounting experience.
- Required experience with GAAP and/or IFRS and a strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software, Microsoft Excel, and G Suite products.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with Workday or similar ERP systems.
