Managing Consultant - Finance (Workday)

What you will do

• Lead the client Financial Management workstream in a post-go-live environment.
• Provide expert guidance on Core Financials, Procurement, and Expense Management best practices.
• Design, solution, and configure enhancements for Supplier Accounts and Contracts, Business Assets, Expenses, and Inventory.
• Manage SLAs, work plans, deadlines, and concurrent short- to medium-term optimization projects.
• Oversee data conversion, integration maintenance, and regression testing in live client environments.
• Identify process gaps, support semi-annual Workday feature adoption, mentor consultants, and contribute to presentations, renewals, and proposals.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in public accounting or private-industry finance and accounting.
• 4+ years of team leadership experience and a track record of managing deliverables under tight timelines.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Experience with cloud-based accounting systems, ERP, or CRM platforms; Workday experience is advantageous.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with Google Cloud tools.
