Social Media Manager (AI)

Location: New York, hybrid

Salary: $140,000–$180,000 annual compensation

What you will do

• Define and execute the firm’s global social media strategy across major platforms, especially LinkedIn.
• Create copy, graphics, and video content that translates complex legal and business topics into engaging messages.
• Lead the global editorial calendar covering initiatives, thought leadership, events, media coverage, accolades, and publications.
• Collaborate with lawyers, business development, communications, design, content, and client experience teams worldwide.
• Support attorneys with social media content, training, and best-practice guidance.
• Plan and optimize paid social campaigns, including audience targeting, A/B testing, and budget management.

Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content strategy skills.
• Ability to distill complex topics into clear, accessible messages.
• Experience aligning social media strategies with business and brand objectives.
• Strong project management and analytical skills, including KPI reporting and ROI measurement.
• Expertise across major social platforms, with a deep understanding of algorithms, advertising tools, and emerging trends.

Nice to have

• Experience in professional services, legal, or another highly regulated industry.
• Experience applying AI-powered monitoring, analytics, and content optimization tools.
