Social Media Manager (AI Legal Tech)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA (Jackson Square area); this is not a remote role.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 USD annually.

What you will do

• Manage publishing, scheduling, and community engagement across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, and other social channels.
• Build a content calendar covering timely immigration news and evergreen educational content.
• Design graphics, carousels, and reusable visual templates while maintaining consistent brand guidelines.
• Film and edit short-form video content, including on-camera presentations for Reels and Shorts.
• Track performance metrics and improve content strategy based on results.
• Attend industry and community events and support in-person engagement initiatives.

Requirements

• 2–7 years of experience managing and growing social media accounts or brand content programs.
• Strong visual design skills and the ability to produce premium, editorial-quality social content.
• Expert proficiency in at least one design tool, such as Figma or Adobe Illustrator.
• Confidence on camera and solid short-form video editing skills.
• Excellent written communication and the ability to turn dense, regulated subject matter into clear, engaging posts.
• Ability to own channel strategy independently with minimal oversight.

Nice to have

• Experience at an early-stage startup.
• Experience in or a genuine connection to trust-heavy, regulated industries such as legal tech, fintech, or healthcare.
