Senior Consultant - Epic Beacon Analyst (Epic)

Location: Remote, US - National

Provides Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services to clients.

What you will do

• Perform consulting and administrative computer services for client Epic projects.
• Apply technical expertise to client system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems.
• Analyze and document workflows, monitor end-user workflows, and provide optimization suggestions.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system build strategy.
• Track and document risks and issues while supporting project leadership, documentation, and facilitation.
• Lead project status meetings and coordinate ongoing work products.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of Epic experience.
• At least one current Epic certification is required, including Beacon, Beacon Oncology, Research-Clinical, or Research-Billing.
• At least two years of Epic work experience after certification.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization, multitasking, and deadline-management skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new project environments, teams, client rules, and changing project locations.
• Professionalism, integrity, strong work ethic, and the ability to mentor and guide others.

Nice to have

• Experience with Epic Connect or optimization projects.
• Multiple Epic certifications.
• Project management experience.
• PMP certification for project management or leadership roles.
