Senior Consultant - MyChart Analyst - Remote (Epic)

What you will do

• Provide Epic consulting and administrative computer services for client projects.
• Apply technical expertise to system builds to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
• Analyze and document workflows, monitor end-user workflows, and provide optimization recommendations.
• Mentor client project teams on project and system build strategy.
• Track and document project risks and issues, facilitate meetings, and coordinate work products with project leadership.
• Work directly with Epic end users and perform additional duties defined in each client statement of work.

Requirements

• At least one current Epic certification is required, such as MyChart, Cadence, or Cheers.
• At least three years of Epic experience, including at least two years after certification.
• Experience implementing Epic.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, organization, adaptability, and ability to manage deadlines independently.
• Ability to mentor and guide others while maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity.

Nice to have

• Experience with Epic Connect or optimization projects.
• Multiple Epic certifications.
• Project management experience; PMP is strongly preferred for project management or leadership roles.
