Sr Analyst, Contract Marketing (IV Therapy)

Location: Hybrid in Lake Zurich, Illinois; onsite in the office 3 days per week.

Salary: $80,000–$95,000 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus plan with a 6% target.

What you will do

• Lead GPO and IDN contracting activities, including account enrollment, contract setup, eligibility validation, and renewals.
• Administer and maintain contract data in Model N, including pricing relationships, membership rosters, and eligibility records.
• Support customer agreements, negotiations, bids, RFPs, RFIs, terms and conditions, and contract redlining.
• Collaborate with Sales, National Accounts, Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, Contract Operations, and Master Data teams.
• Prepare reports, analyze KPIs, and identify process improvements and tools to increase team efficiency.
• Maintain accurate contract information during product launches and support billing, milestones, membership, and account updates.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an advanced degree is a plus.
• At least 5 years of related experience, preferably in contracting, pricing, healthcare, medical devices, hospital or pharmacy products, or pharmaceuticals.
• Experience with customer agreements and knowledge of GPO, IDN, hospital, or clinic contracting is preferred.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, problem-solving, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office; familiarity with SAP, CLM, CRM, Qlik, and database concepts is preferred.
• Effective spoken and written English is required for workplace communication and regulated documentation.
