Vice President, Marketing (Biopharma)

Location: Hybrid role requiring onsite work 3 days per week at the U.S. headquarters in Lake Zurich, Illinois

Salary: $265,000–$310,000 per year, plus eligibility for a 30% target bonus and medium-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Develop and execute U.S. marketing strategies for biopharma products to maximize sales, prescription volume, profitability, and market share.
• Lead the launch and commercialization of oncology and immunology portfolio assets.
• Establish pricing, payer, distribution, hub, contracting, and market access strategies with commercial partners.
• Develop go-to-market strategies, brand positioning, customer experience, market insights, promotional plans, and customer messaging.
• Build and develop the marketing organization while partnering with sales, Medical Affairs, Legal, Regulatory, Business Unit, and Global Operations teams.
• Use market research, analytics, KOL feedback, budgeting, forecasting, and manufacturing capacity planning to inform business decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; an MBA is strongly preferred.
• 15+ years of pharmaceutical industry experience and 10+ years of management experience.
• 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales, or market research.
• Strong leadership, presentation, written and verbal communication, negotiation, and team-building skills.
• Advanced knowledge of payers, providers, clinics, and healthcare organizations.
• Effective English communication is required; advanced Microsoft Office skills and willingness to travel domestically and internationally are also required.
