Senior IS Analyst-IT Security (Microsoft Purview)

Location: Hybrid schedule, three days per week, in St. Petersburg, FL; Rancho Cordova, CA; San Mateo, CA; New York, NY; or Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Salary: $116,200–$158,300 annually, depending on location and relevant experience, plus a discretionary bonus.

What you will do

• Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for the Microsoft 365 Purview Compliance Portal.
• Manage Purview permissions, retention policies, data lifecycle management, eDiscovery cases, and communication compliance policies.
• Support Microsoft 365 and third-party data archiving connectors and resolve integration issues with vendors.
• Design, document, and execute changes to compliance solutions.
• Develop automation improvements for monitoring, data quality, system performance, and service resiliency.
• Manage multiple activities and provide escalated support for complex compliance operations issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer information systems, or equivalent education, certifications, and experience.
• At least 3 years of industry experience, including work with financial institutions and communications-retention regulations.
• Experience supporting and configuring Microsoft 365 Purview Compliance Center.
• Experience with PowerShell, Azure Automation Runbook, Logic App, or similar scripting technologies.
• Experience with a major financial-services regulatory data archive vendor and knowledge of FINRA compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with Outlook/Exchange Online, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, ServiceNow, documentation tools, and database concepts.
