Base salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year, plus discretionary bonus incentives.

What you will do

• Prepare detailed financial models for senior loan investments.
• Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis of prospective investments.
• Develop and maintain business and industry due diligence.
• Participate in deal structuring, legal documentation, and negotiations.
• Monitor the performance of existing portfolio investments.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as an analyst at a top investment bank in merchant banking or leveraged finance.
• Outstanding financial modeling and analytical skills.
• Competence in financial statement analysis, business valuation, accounting, and finance.
• Bachelor’s degree with honors from a top university or college.
• Strong initiative, communication, prioritization, collaboration, integrity, and professionalism.
