Software Engineer Intern (E-commerce) - 2027 Summer

Location: Seattle, United States; fully in-person schedule up to 5 days a week

What you will do

• Build and operate big data computing frameworks and storage systems for large-scale platform services.
• Design and optimize high-concurrency distributed systems for stability during peak global traffic.
• Improve system efficiency and scalability for the global e-commerce ecosystem.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on large-scale engineering initiatives.
• Integrate emerging technologies and innovative ideas into core platform systems.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
• Availability for a 12-week internship during Summer 2027.
• Programming experience in C, C++, Java, or Golang.
• Effective communication skills and a strong sense of ownership and drive.
• Ability to work fully in person in Seattle.

Nice to have

• Currently pursuing a master's degree in a related technical discipline.
• Experience with AI coding.
• Strong learning ability, teamwork, and sense of responsibility.
