Software Engineering Internship (C++)

Location: Farmingdale, New York, United States; onsite internship for Summer 2027.

Salary: $53,992–$85,343 annually, with a possible annual or quarterly bonus and shift premium.

What you will do

• Develop software programs for narrowly defined product specifications.
• Review, analyze, and interpret product performance specifications for design modules.
• Compose computer programs in C++.
• Test software to verify reliable performance under varied conditions.
• Work with the lead engineer to meet technical requirements.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Computer Science or Computer Engineering at an accredited college or university.
• Completed sophomore year and currently studying C++.
• Maintain a minimum 3.0 GPA.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Must have a background permitting the U.S. Department of Defense to issue a Secret clearance, including U.S. citizenship.
• Must comply with U.S. export-control requirements, including ITAR, EAR, and OFAC policies.
