Business Administrator – Senior (Power BI)

What you will do

• Analyze internal program and external benchmark data to identify risks, improvement areas, and performance trends.
• Conduct statistical analysis of production, performance, and service or product usage.
• Map intelligence-related business processes and provide recurring and ad hoc analytic support.
• Create and maintain Power BI dashboards, graphical representations, and custom visualizations for DCD branches and Government requirements.
• Maintain records of visualization requests, product formatting, dissemination, and other production activities.
• Monitor the DCD ticketing system, track technical issues affecting intelligence operations, and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Senior-level mission knowledge and completion of the developmental training and experience required for the labor category.
• Ability to interpret incomplete, indirect, complex, and technically advanced information and structure analysis using multiple analytic perspectives.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate with Intelligence Community members, resolve analytic disputes, and lead research into multifaceted or critical problems.
• Ability to develop concise and comprehensive defense-intelligence products and apply validated analytic methodologies.
• Current DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain the required clearance level.

Nice to have

• At least 8 years of experience related to the labor category, including recent experience within the last 2 years.
• At least 7 years of experience in an intelligence discipline within the DoD or Intelligence Community, including recent experience within the last 2 years.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an associate degree or high school diploma combined with the specified intelligence experience.
