What you will do

  • Develop and execute short- and long-term operating plans, budgets, and performance targets.
  • Lead operational stabilization, workflow standardization, performance management, and organizational improvements.
  • Integrate clinical care and research operations, resolving bottlenecks across scheduling, patient throughput, and resource utilization.
  • Drive market growth through referral development, physician partnerships, service-line expansion, and community engagement.
  • Own P&L performance, contract optimization, payer negotiations, pricing strategy, financial modeling, and cost discipline.
  • Lead a large organization, build an accountable high-performance culture, and ensure regulatory compliance and risk management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related business field; an MHA, MBA, or MS in Health Administration is preferred.
  • At least seven years of healthcare management and operations experience, including three or more years in a managerial role.
  • Leadership experience within an oncology practice, preferably including clinical research operations.
  • Experience in physician practice management, community-based oncology, multi-site ambulatory healthcare, or infusion services is preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead a P&L through multiple business cycles and manage organizations of 250 or more employees.
  • Strong operational execution, change management, negotiation, communication, physician partnership, and business development skills.
