Senior Treasury Analyst (Japanese Speaking)

What you will do

• Manage daily cash positioning and rolling cash flow forecasting for Japan.
• Handle in-house banking, foreign exchange, settlements, and bank account management.
• Partner with treasury and finance teams to support closing cycles and treasury activities in Kyriba and SAP.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, including hirify.global GFS and SOX, as well as external policies.
• Use SAP, SWIFT, Kyriba, Power BI, and related treasury technologies to automate processes and support global cash and banking change projects.
• Provide finance guidance on cash management, financial instruments, and banking strategies.

Requirements

• Business-level Japanese and fluent written and spoken English.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher from an accredited institution.
• At least 5 years of finance experience, including at least 2 years of treasury experience in an international enterprise.
• Strong numeracy, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and independent working skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of foreign exchange regulations and experience responding to policy updates.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel, TMS/Kyriba, and SAP.
• Cross-cultural project management experience and the ability to motivate others.
• Broad finance-related experience.
