What you will do

• Manage purchasing activities from purchase requisition through purchase order creation, supplier engagement, and contract-related execution.
• Purchase materials, parts, supplies, and equipment while optimizing price, delivery, terms, quality, and total cost of ownership.
• Monitor supplier performance, support onboarding and qualification, and resolve delivery, quality, service, and supply continuity issues.
• Support RFx events, supplier evaluations, negotiations, award recommendations, and sourcing projects focused on Assurance of Supply, Quality, Service, Cost, and Innovation.
• Generate spend reports, procurement dashboards, supplier performance analytics, and KPI reporting for leadership.
• Maintain procurement documentation and master data while supporting compliance, risk mitigation, audit readiness, and contract governance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Commerce, or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, purchasing, supply chain, or buying desk operations.
• Experience or exposure to indirect procurement, direct procurement, supplier management, or sourcing operations.
• Knowledge of procurement and purchasing, strategic sourcing, supplier relationship management, contract and vendor management, and RFx processes.
• Skills in spend analysis, cost optimization, purchase requisition and purchase order management, stakeholder management, data analytics, reporting, process improvement, and compliance.

• Experience supporting global procurement or shared services environments.
