Sr Manager, Manufacturing Engineering (Liquid Cooling)

Location: Onsite 5 days per week in Anoka, Minnesota, United States. Relocation assistance may be available; travel up to 10% may be required.

Compensation range: $123,500–$229,500 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop Manufacturing Engineering Managers across multiple product areas.
• Set priorities and allocate engineering resources to production demands, business needs, and growth initiatives.
• Define manufacturing operations strategy in alignment with operational objectives, capital investments, and long-term priorities.
• Partner with NPI, Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, and Industrial Engineering teams to ensure manufacturing readiness and smooth production transitions.
• Drive improvements in safety, quality, first-pass yield, productivity, equipment performance, automation, and process capability.
• Establish engineering standards, operating processes, and organizational structures that improve consistency and project execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering field.
• Ideally 10+ years of manufacturing, industrial, operations, or related engineering experience, including 5+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience leading multi-level engineering organizations, including managers and other people leaders.
• Experience supporting complex manufacturing environments, product launches, automation initiatives, capital projects, or operational expansion.
• Experience improving manufacturing performance, production readiness, and operational scalability across multiple functions.
• Ability to balance short-term operational requirements with long-term manufacturing and organizational strategy.

Nice to have

• Experience in HVAC, industrial equipment, heavy manufacturing, capital equipment, automotive, or a similar dynamic manufacturing environment.
