What you will do

• Lead end-to-end manufacturing operations, including assembly, machine shop, and clean room.
• Drive operational excellence using Lean principles and KPI-driven execution to improve throughput, yield, and cost.
• Manage production planning and capacity to ensure on-time delivery and efficient resource alignment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, Engineering, and Finance to support new product introductions.
• Build and develop a high-performance organization with a strong focus on safety and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Progressive leadership experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in medical device, semiconductor, or clean-room environments.
• Proven success leading multi-functional organizations including production, manufacturing engineering, and planning.
• Expertise in Lean manufacturing and disciplined problem-solving.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to translate business strategy into operational execution.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Irvine, CA with ability to travel up to 25%.
