Accounts Receivable Analyst

Location: Secaucus, USA; eligible employees may work remotely one day per week.

Salary: $68,000–$75,000 per year, plus an annual discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Manage billing activities, including invoice generation, reconciliation, reporting, and contractual billing requests.
• Handle billing and credit card inquiries and onboard new clients in the billing system.
• Partner with account management teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing across revenue-generating departments.
• Prepare journal entries and schedules for withholding tax and other month-end and year-end adjustments.
• Perform account roll-forwards and reconciliations for cash, withholding tax, allowance for doubtful accounts, and accounts receivable.
• Support audits, system testing and implementation, control improvements, bank reconciliation, and cash application.

Requirements

• BS or BA degree, or equivalent education and experience.
• 3+ years of accounts receivable experience, including billing.
• Knowledge of SAP and receivables accounting, including billing, withholding tax, and cash application.
• Experience with system implementation and proficiency in Excel.
• Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ability to work onsite in the New York or New Jersey office as required; fully vaccinated employees are required for onsite work, subject to applicable accommodations.
