Commercial Construction Project Manager - Multifamily

Salary: $96,800–$132,000 per year, plus performance-based bonuses and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead multifamily commercial construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.
• Create and manage project budgets, schedules, milestones, logistics, and monthly owner reports.
• Develop pre-construction RFP packages and manage RFIs, submittals, pay applications, and subcontract change orders.
• Maintain safety documentation and enforce project quality and company standards.
• Coordinate with the project superintendent, site operations team, subcontractors, clients, and vendors.
• Supervise and coach assistant project management, administrative, MEP, and safety personnel while supporting client relationships.

Requirements

• High school diploma required; a four-year degree in construction, engineering, or business is strongly preferred, with additional experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of commercial construction experience, including experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Previous project management experience with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong knowledge of construction drawings, project budgeting, scheduling, quality control, market pricing, and project logistics.
• Ability to use Microsoft Office, Procore, Adobe, Bluebeam, and JD Edwards, and to master project-specific software systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, decision-making, collaboration, customer service, and coaching skills.
