What you will do

• Lead hiring, performance management, staffing, people development, and day-to-day coaching.
• Drive the technological development of production processes and technologies across the European region.
• Develop and optimize production infrastructure, workflows, processes, and procedures at site and regional levels.
• Integrate digital solutions and IT tools into production processes in cooperation with IT.
• Manage or contribute to regional production projects, including progress monitoring, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Provide direction to the regional production community and collaborate with stakeholders.

Requirements

• Academic degree or equivalent relevant professional experience.
• Continuous education and up-to-date technical or professional expertise.
• Ability to work from Crewe, United Kingdom.
