Senior Project Engineer (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional teams delivering operational improvement projects on time, within budget, and against Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Productivity targets.
• Drive risk management and business continuity planning while maintaining compliance with manufacturing specifications and Medical QMS requirements.
• Specify, develop, purchase, and validate new equipment, processes, and site changes through applicable change control processes.
• Own cost-saving and continuous improvement initiatives focused on process optimization, waste reduction, and performance sustainability.
• Build stakeholder partnerships, develop business cases, manage departmental budgets, and supervise technical and project teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience delivering manufacturing engineering projects and managing process improvements and operational change.
• Track record of improving manufacturing performance across Safety, Quality, and operational effectiveness.
• Ability to use data-driven analysis, structured planning, and urgent decision-making to deliver lasting results.
• Leadership experience mentoring and supervising project teams and managing contractors, machine builders, and suppliers.
