Production Engineer

What you will do

• Lead engineering projects and technical improvement activities that enhance manufacturing capabilities.
• Improve process reliability through initiatives following process qualification and IQOQPQ validation methods.
• Own and contribute to structured problem-solving activities within the project engineering team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Product Engineering, and Quality.
• Research processes, tools, and technologies to deliver engineering project objectives.

Requirements

• Proven experience in an engineering project environment and knowledge of project management techniques.
• Experience applying structured problem-solving tools such as DMAIC and PSP.
• Strong communication skills for explaining technical and project issues to stakeholders.
• Experience working in a regulated environment, such as GMP.
• Experience owning change control activities and conducting process risk assessments using dFMEA, pFMEA, or similar tools.

Nice to have

• Technical expertise in an engineering discipline such as fluid dynamics, aerodynamics, or polymer science.
• Design for manufacture and CAD experience.
• Knowledge of Lean principles, waste reduction, efficiency improvements, and process flow.
• Formal qualification in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
