Supplier Governance Manager (Clinical Trials)

What you will do

• Lead governance activities, oversight committees, and performance reviews for Functional Service Providers and Clinical Research Organizations.
• Monitor supplier KPIs and metrics, provide feedback, and drive corrective actions.
• Identify, assess, escalate, and resolve supplier risks and performance issues.
• Partner with internal stakeholders and suppliers to optimize service delivery and support Phase 1–4 clinical trials.
• Support supplier selection, qualification, onboarding, and development.
• Drive process standardization, best-practice adoption, and compliant documentation of supplier oversight.

Requirements

• Degree-level education.
• Clinical research experience in biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, or a CRO environment.
• Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices, FDA regulations, and international regulatory guidelines.
• Experience working with clinical research suppliers, including CROs, FSPs, site management, patient recruitment, data management, or clinical trial technology providers.
• Strong project management, process improvement, metric tracking, meeting management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience in a global matrix organization, with advanced computer literacy and the ability to work autonomously.
