Project Employee, GSOC Operator

Location: Secaucus, New Jersey, United States; in-office work required. The role requires flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and extended schedules during crisis periods. Onsite employees in New York and New Jersey offices must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19, subject to medical or religious accommodations.

Salary: $60,000–$70,000 per year.

What you will do

• Monitor and identify incidents that may affect hirify.global business operations or the league.
• Evaluate developing crises and provide accurate intelligence through established escalation protocols.
• Prepare concise, timely communications during high-pressure situations.
• Support corporate crisis management teams during incidents affecting hirify.global personnel, facilities, reputation, or operations.
• Communicate operational risks and global threats to relevant stakeholders.
• Use hirify.global intelligence tools and platforms for incident collection, management, and notification, while supporting the High Threat Travel Security program.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least two years of relevant experience, including one year of satisfactory full-time professional experience in a command center or intelligence fusion center environment.
• Experience may come from emergency management, public safety, government, military service, public health, public administration, engineering, or related command center operations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, multitasking, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of social media platforms for open-source threat research and proficiency with standard office and web applications.
• Availability for flexible shifts, weekends, holidays, and extended crisis schedules; must remain on duty until properly relieved.
