Receiving/Shipping Coordinator (Manufacturing)

Salary: $20.00–$25.00 per hour

What you will do

• Pick and issue parts in the ERP system and document incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Prepare, receive, unpack, route, and ship materials and products using FedEx Ship Manager, UPS Worldship, and freight bills of lading.
• Record shipping and receiving information and report damages or discrepancies for accounting and reimbursement.
• Support inventory management through part-number tracking, balance reports, physical inventories, and cycle counts.
• Operate hand trucks, forklifts, tier lift trucks, and other equipment to move shipments.
• Maintain an organized, clean, accurate, and safe workshop while collaborating with other departments.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous shipping, receiving, purchasing, or inventory experience is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, comprehend instructions, and perform basic mathematical calculations.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Ability to stand regularly and frequently lift or move up to 50 pounds.
