Wildlife & Construction Technician (Pest Control)

Location: Atlanta, Georgia, United States; customer visits and field-based physical work required.

What you will do

• Perform wildlife exclusion services and animal removal for residential and commercial customers.
• Inspect properties for wildlife and rodent damage and recommend solutions.
• Set live traps, perform baiting, and complete light carpentry work.
• Work at rooftop levels and in crawl spaces, including vapor barrier installation, insulation removal and installation, debris removal, and disinfection.
• Assess customer needs, explain solutions, and build internal and external relationships.
• Operate and maintain the service vehicle, trailer, and equipment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least 6 months of related construction experience and 2 years of customer service experience.
• Experience with live traps, ladders, and/or harnesses, plus an understanding of different construction types.
• Ability to pull a 7x14 enclosed trailer and work Monday through Friday, with Saturdays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
• Ability to obtain and maintain licenses and certificates required by federal, state, and local regulations; strong attention to detail, organization, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
