Commissions Specialist (Insurance)

Location: Archdale, North Carolina; work from the Archdale office Monday through Friday

Salary: $18–$19.23 per hour

What you will do

• Coordinate with the Retention Manager on carrier reports and inquiries.
• Download carrier reports, Ready to Sell reports, and commission statements from carrier websites and email.
• Prepare reports and commission statements and upload them to dedicated databases.
• Pre-check and process commission statements.
• Identify carrier and upline transaction errors and submit them for research and correction.
• Send pay audit requests and handle other responsibilities assigned by the Commission Director.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in finance or accounting preferred.
• Advanced Excel skills, especially formulas and pivot tables.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Access databases.
• Ability to multitask and manage repetitive tasks accurately.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, communication skills, and confidentiality.
• Ability to work from the Archdale, NC office Monday through Friday.
