Commissions Representative

Location: Warrenville, Illinois, United States; hybrid schedule with work from home available up to two days per week after training for eligible associates.

Salary: $51,000–$55,000 per year

What you will do

• Calculate, track, reconcile, and report commissions related to automotive warranty and service contract sales.
• Maintain commission schedules and reporting in accordance with contractual terms.
• Prepare and distribute commission statements to internal and external stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Finance, and external partners on commission reporting.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in commission payments.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, automation, and commission processes.

Requirements

• 2+ years of internal or external sales commission processing and reporting experience.
• 2+ years of professional experience in the financial services industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and data analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• Automotive, warranty, or insurance industry experience.
• Experience with accounting or commission systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or commission platforms.
