Location: Gilroy, California, United States. Full-time onsite work in office and outdoor park environments, including evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak seasonal operating periods.
Salary: $75,000β$85,000 annually.

What you will do
- Lead planning, coordination, installation, operation, and strike activities for seasonal events and specialty productions.
- Oversee staging, lighting, audio systems, scenic installations, props, dΓ©cor, signage, technical equipment, and immersive guest experience elements.
- Develop production schedules, installation plans, rehearsals, readiness reviews, testing procedures, and daily event quality walks.
- Coordinate scenic fabricators, technical vendors, rental providers, contractors, deliveries, and vendor performance.
- Track budgets, labor costs, rentals, materials, inventory, repairs, transportation, and refurbishment.
- Lead seasonal staff, event coordinators, technical crews, and contracted production personnel while coordinating with Operations, Entertainment, Marketing, Maintenance, Finance, Safety, and In-Park Revenue.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Event Production, Entertainment Management, Technical Theater, Hospitality, Project Management, or a related field.
- 3β5 years of experience in live events, entertainment production, theme parks, attractions, festivals, or related industries.
- Knowledge of staging, lighting, audio, scenic construction, event logistics, production drawings, layouts, schedules, and technical specifications.
- Strong project management, organization, communication, leadership, negotiation, problem-solving, and prioritization skills.
- Ability to balance creative direction with operational practicality, safety, budgets, labor availability, installation timelines, guest flow, ADA considerations, and maintenance access.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and move up to 50 pounds, work around temporary structures and production equipment, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
Nice to have
- Supervisory experience.
- Experience with seasonal events, themed environments, live entertainment, dΓ©cor programs, festivals, or immersive guest experiences.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software.
